My Favorite Soothing Bedtime Tea Recipe

February 4, 2024

I’m a tea girl through and through, and this has been one of my favorite tea recipes for the past three years. It’s simple, soothing, flavorful, and is exactly what you need after a long day to ease your mind and prepare for a good night’s rest. I typically enjoy this tea hot, but I also like to drink it iced some evenings. This tea always reminds me to release the pressure from my day and give my mind and body the rest they need to reset for the next day.

Whenever I drink this herbal combination, I enjoy a deep and relaxing sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Ingredients

  • One tablespoon of lavender

  • One tablespoon of peppermint

  • Two tablespoons of chamomile

  • A little honey, if you have a sweet tooth like me

Lavender is good for easing anxiety, promoting better sleep, and even easing menstrual pain.

Peppermint is soothing for your stomach, aids digestion, and better sleep.

Chamomile promotes relaxation, relieves stress, and also promotes better sleep.

This calming combination of ingredients is what I like to call “a soothing hug for your mind, body, and soul.”

Let me know if you give it a try!
